In our hospital, we have nurses who specialise in rehabilitation. They work closely with therapists and specialists to help with your rehabilitation and recovery. Our team effort is unique and focused on helping you reach your recovery goals at a pace that suits you.
Our caring and experienced nursing team provides therapies and advice to help you stay well. They assist in different areas like managing continence and creating plans, teaching about bladder and bowel matters, and sharing methods for taking care of your skin and managing wounds and pressure. They also offer important medication guidance for your overall health.

They work collaboratively with our full team of allied health therapists and rehabilitation specialists, ensuring a comprehensive and intensive approach to your care. This commitment is aimed at helping you feel at home during your stay at our hospital and supporting you in reaching your goals sooner.
They will:
Teach, coach, and encourage your independence in functional tasks such as walking, showering and activities of daily living while you are here. 
Administer therapeutic treatments such as medications and dressings. 
Observe and assesses your progress and liaise with the clinical team to ensure your current treatments are appropriate for your individual care.
There are several funding options available to access our programs. This includes:
Fees and charges are dependent upon your health fund and level of cover. Please check with your health fund if any additional charges apply.
Before you are admitted or before commencing your program, we will obtain approval from your insurer.
A broad range of health care and support services are available to meet the clinical needs of eligible veterans and eligible dependants.
If you do not have a funding stream, you can also choose to self-fund your program.
