Exercise physiology provides a tailored method created for those who have overcome major trauma, completed post-operative healing, or are living with neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, brain injuries, or post-stroke situations. Its purpose is to get their bodies moving and assist them in reaching personal and health-related objectives.

What's involved

During your therapy sessions, you’ll engage in a range of personalised exercises that combine cardiovascular training, muscle conditioning, and the use of free weights, equipment, and advanced technology available in our specialized gym. Our team will assist you in learning safe exercises that you can easily practice at home for your convenience.
